Atty. Jo Anne Florenz
Atty. Jo Anne Florenz G. Padilla is a seasoned legal practitioner and civic leader, currently serving as the Managing Partner of Padilla Law Office, with offices located in Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija; San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija; Cabanatuan City; and Maria Aurora, Aurora Province. Her legal practice is grounded in public service, accessible justice, and community-oriented legal solutions.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of the Philippines Diliman and completed her Juris Doctor at San Beda University College of Law.
She is also a graduate of the Academy of Political Management of the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES), strengthening her expertise in democratic governance, leadership, and policy engagement.
Atty. Padilla has held multiple leadership roles within the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Nueva Ecija Chapter. During her tenure as Chapter Secretary, the IBP Nueva Ecija Chapter became a multi-awarded organization, receiving numerous recognitions for excellence in legal aid delivery, institutional development, and community-based legal services. She currently serves as the Secretary of the IBP Central Luzon Region, where she contributes to regional governance, coordination, and strategic direction.




She is an Ambassador of the GROWL Project (Gender-Related Offences Watchline), actively advocating for gender justice, survivor-centered legal responses, and stronger mechanisms to address gender-based violence.
Beyond private practice and bar leadership, Atty. Padilla has been a consistent resource person for legal aid and legal education initiatives of the IBP. She has conducted lectures and capacity-building programs in communities and schools and has extended her public service to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) through legal education initiatives conducted in partnership with Philippine Embassies and the Department of Labor and Employment – Philippine Overseas Labor Offices (DOLE-POLO) in Abu Dhabi and Kuwait.
Through her professional work and public service, Atty. Padilla continues to advance public interest law, gender justice, and inclusive access to legal services, earning her respect within the legal profession and the communities she serves.
